Camera won't turn on ¶ 

No matter what you do, you can't get your Camera to turn on.

Hold switch to turned on ¶ 

Re-insert the battery and Wait 10-20 sec before inserting the battery. Than hold the turn on switch.

Drained/bad battery ¶ 

Changing your batteries may solve your problem, Batteries for your Camera are sold here.

Dropped your Camera ¶ 

If this issue continues and the camera doesn't turn on than its most likely lies in the Motherboard. You probably would need to buy a new Camera.

Bad display/Broken ¶ 

Restart Camera ¶ 

Good way to do this is Re-inserting the Battery. Waiting 10-20 sec before entering the battery is recommended.

Replace Screen ¶ 

If all the above hasn't solve your problem, you will have to replace the screen.

Replace Internal Battery ¶ 

The internal battery discharges gradually if the camera is only used for short periods of time. If the camera is not used at all for approximately 3 months, the internal battery becomes completely discharged.

Flash light ¶ 

Settings ¶ 

The first thing you should do is to check the setting and enable the flashlight. This is mostly the case in solving this issue.

Menu/Control Buttons ¶ 

Restart Camera ¶ 

Usually if menu/control button doesn't work, the camera could be frozen so restarting the camera may solve the problem.

Replace Menu/Control Button panel ¶ 

If the control buttons still doesn't work. Than, you would probably need to replace them.

Blurred Lens ¶ 

Clean the lens ¶ 

If you are getting blurred pictures. First try to clean the lens.

Change batteries ¶ 

It is possible that picture is blurred due to insufficient power. Check if this solves the problem.
