Camera Won’t Turn On ¶ 

Battery Is Not Charged ¶ 

The battery might not be charged. Remove the battery and plug it into the charger to fix this. If this does not fix the problem, the battery may need to be replaced.

Battery Is Not Oriented Properly ¶ 

The battery might not be input properly in its chamber. Check the Samsung DV300F User Manual to ensure the battery is input properly.

Back LCD Screen Is Cracked ¶ 

Back LCD Screen Is Damaged ¶ 

Remove the back LCD screen and replace it with a new one using this replacement guide. Ensure your replacement screen is the right one for this camera.

The battery might be old or damaged and require a replacement. Acquire a new battery and replace the current one. Ensure the battery is input properly in its chamber. Make sure it's the correct type of battery for the specific device. We recommend you purchase the replacement battery from Samsung.

Flash Does Not Work ¶ 

Flash Is Off ¶ 

The flash may not be turned on. Go to the settings menu on the camera and turn the flash on. For additional help with this, consult the Samsung DV300F User Manual.

Flash Bulb Is Burnt Out or Damaged ¶ 

The flash bulb is perhaps no longer functioning. Buy a replacement flash bulb that is compatible with the Samsung DV300F and replace your current one with it.

Case Is Cracked ¶

Pictures or LCD Image Is Blurry or Obscure ¶

The lens might simply be dirty. Clean the lens with a soft cloth, such as a lens cloth or tissue paper. Dampen the cloth with water if the debris is stuck to the lens.
