Go ahead and plug in your keyboard using a USB-C cable on the left side of the keyboard. A red light should appear right next to the charging port, indicating that it is being charged. Wait a couple of minutes to see if it turns on. If no light appears, try using a different USB-C cable or a different power adapter to rule out a faulty charger.
Make sure the USB-C charger you are using is working properly. Try using it to charge other devices that are compatible with USB-C to see if they charge. You'll know if the keyboard is charging if a red light comes from the side. The charger port is below the escape key, the red light will appear in between the charger port and the "Win/Android" and "Mac/iOS" switch.
Inspect the USB-C port on the left side of the keyboard. See if there is any debris, dust, dirt, or anything that could prevent the keyboard from charging. If so, try blowing into the port to remove fine dirt or dust particles, or if you have a fine brush, try getting as much of the debris out as you can. Be careful not to insert anything metal into the port, as this could damage the internal connectors. Follow this detailed guide for instructions on cleaning the ports in your electronic device
