If your Marshall Uxbridge Speaker audio sounds distorted, follow this troubleshooting guide.

Causes

1

If the battery is not fully charged it can cause sound distortions. To charge your speaker

  • make sure the main lead and main plug are compatible with your wall socket
  • connect the mains lead (power cord) to the mains input located on the back of the speaker.
  • connect the main plug to your wall socket
  • always unplug the main lead from the wall socket before disconnecting it from the speaker
2

If the speaker is not receiving a strong enough signal the sound can be affected. Move your speaker closer to the source you are connected to.
