Causes
The bluetooth connection may be faulty. To fix this, remove your Keychron K3 V2 from your computer's bluetooth list. Go to your computer's settings, press Bluetooth & devices, press Devices, go to your Keychron K3 V2 on the device list and press the downward arrow, press remove. To re-pair the bluetooth connection, find the slider near the esc button, make sure it is toggled to bluetooth, hold down Fn + 1 for 4 seconds, go to settings -->Bluetooth & devices--> Devices--> add a device, then find "Keychron K3" on the add a device section, and connect your computer and Keychron K3 V2.
If doing all of the above did not resolve your problem, the motherboard itself may be faulty and malfunctioning. To replace the motherboard, take off the keycaps, unscrew and take off the framing, then take out the backplate containing the motherboard and replace it with a new one. The guide to replacing the motherboard is under the Keychron K3 V2 device page.
