If your Diswoe Switch-01 controller does not connect to the device when selected or doesn't appear as an available pairable device, follow this troubleshooting guide for possible solutions.

Causes

1

Your controller may be off. Check to make sure it is on, or try turning it off and on again.

2

Your controller may be too far from the device. Keep them physically close to each other to ensure your controller can be detected. It reports connecting up to 8 meters, but you may want to move closer to the console if you aren't able to connect.

3

Another wireless device with a conflicting signal may interfere with the controller's signal. Try turning off other nearby wireless devices before attempting to connect again.

4

Most devices have a limit to how many wireless devices can be connected at once. Check if there is room for your controller to connect, or disconnect other devices.

5

Your controller may have low power or be completely dead. Be sure to charge your controller before attempting to connect it.

6

If your battery will not charge anymore, it may be time to replace it. Follow this battery replacement guide.
