My Problem
I had an old IPod loaded with music but it needed a new battery. I almost threw it away but your site which I now ADORE gave it new life and I am now using it in a docking station and listening to some much loved music that I haven't heard in ages! Ahhhh, an outdoor deck,a glass of wine and some R.E.M., Robyn Hitchcock,Radiohead, Patti Smith, The Minus 5, The Baseball project, The Black Keys.....HEAVEN! Thank you SO much!

The techie at my school suggested this site and of course HE did the repair but he swears by your site and I will use you again! You are AWESOME!
