Fan sounds like a coffee grinder

My Problem

This MacBook Pro is a workhorse and on for 20 hrs a day powering an external monitor. The fans finally started sounding like meat grinders.

My Fix

Repair was easy! I used a tool kit I ordered with the parts because I didn't have a #6 torx bit.

My Advice

Definitely make sure you have the right tools.
