My Problem
My client complained about problems of the cursor "jumping" around the screen when trying to type, as well as a delay when typing. Upon inspection, indeed no matter where you attempted to type (email, document, web browser) there was a delay before anything was on the screen and the cursor was all over the place.
Time to replace the upper case.
My Fix
I've done this repair over 100 times now and its super simple. Just keep track of your screws. :)
My Advice
Make sure you have a magnetized screw driver/bit. And the almighty spudger! :)
