My Problem
Phone wouldn’t turn on and the guys at the Apple store wouldn’t replace my faulty battery because it wouldn’t turn on to run diagnostics. The irony. Thank goodness for iFixit.
My Fix
It went without a hitch. The tools and instructions were all so good and clear. First I was intimidated but after going thru the guide I felt really confident to get after it myself. I don’t work on electronics ever, but it went super smooth.
The tools provided were great quality and the branding and packing were on point. More than I was expecting. The iFixit team really provides a top notch product both physical and their digital guides.

Take your time.
