My Problem
Original battery swelled suddenly without warning. The phone had hardly been used since brand new. It was just my backup phone. Apple said internal components were likely damaged by the swelling, so repair cost would be $350. &&^& you Apple.
My Fix
Other than the adhesive strips being hell to get off, and only about half of the new ones being stuck back on, I have a fully functional phone again for $30. &&^& Apple. They can go to hell.
My Advice
Definitely heat the phone A LOT before trying to remove the old adhesive strips.
