The First of Many

My Problem

This phone was knocked out of the Mom's hand by a playing child. The screen was severely cracked.

My Fix

Because the screen was so severely cracked, I could not get any suction to help pry the screen away from the housing. Once I was able to remove the screen the rest was relatively easy because I had the repair guide to help me. I was able to separate and organize the screws that were removed by following the colors in the guide. This made it much easier to put them all back in the correct place when the new screen was connected.

You can do it! iFixit has everything you need to complete the repair yourself. Believe in yourself!
