My Advice
During reassembly, when reconnecting the battery connector, align the top screw hole with the screw hole in the pressure contact by holding them together with the sharp pointed plastic tool given. Then push the sharp pointed plastic tool tip into the screw hold of the motherboard. Press down on the connector plate until you hear it click in place. Then put the lower screw into the lower screw hole and tighten it( slightly). Finally remove the plastic tool and screw in the upper screw. Tighten both screws.
