The battery was dying to fast and the phone was slowing. thanks Apple.

My Advice
The only thing I'd add is the battery tape was not coming out like your video. I saw another video that suggested using a playing card to get under the battery to break the bond with the tape and allow teh battery to be removed. I did that and it was fine.
