My Problem
My battery was running at 20% capacity after 3 years
My Fix
Smooth until I get to the removal of the glue behind the old battery. One of the adhesive bands broke and I couldn't reach it. Best of advice warm the back of your iPhone with a hair dryer before you try to remove the bands, the will make your job much easier.
My Advice
I follow the tutorial on ifixit but they do not have the reverse steps.
