My Fix

everything went smoothly, prying off the old batteries was the only moderate task. everything else was easy.

My Advice

I pried off the batteries the the plastic back cover of a mifi device so i was able to have a stable chimmy. worked a lot easier without the fear of puncturing the batteries.
