My Problem
Battery was very old. Would hold charge for maybe 20 minutes and drop to 16-28%
My Fix
Very simple. Removed the front face and heated the back of the phone with a hair dryer to soften the glue. Removed and replaced battery with no issues.
My Advice
Use the hair dryer to heat the back of the phone. It softens the glue that holds the battery tight.
