My Problem
The battery on my sister's iPhone 5S was shot... it could only hold 50% of it's original charge capacity.

My Advice
DON'T TUG SUPER HARD WHEN IT'S TIME TO SUCTION CUP THE SCREEN!!!
The guide made is sound like you'd have to tug super hard... I ended up separating the bottom of the screen from the case AND the ribbon cable for the home button / touch sensor all in one swift pull.
LUCKILY... there wasn't any damage to the home button or touch sensor for my Hulk-strength... but pull gently or you may end up damaging the connector for the home button / touch sensor!
