Phone was dead-would not power up
My Fix
Good, followed the guide and importantly the other customers feedback. Battery replaced and powered back up-then ran into 'Restore' issues but that's another story :-)
My Advice
Easing the old battery out takes time and patience! Allow 20 minutes with the hair dryer set on warm.
