My Problem
The phone dropped from a low height. The display glass stayed intact, but the LCD and digitizer had a crack running along the bottom of the screen that made it unresponsive to touch and ran a white line over the dock icons.
My Fix
Prying off the panel with a suction cup after removing the bottom screws was the hardest part for me.
After everything was done and the phone was fully functional, the middle part clicks down slightly. Might need adhesive along the edges of the middle part of the panel to keep it in place.
My Advice
The iFixit guide is great as always. Appreciated the heads-up on one non-magnetic 1.7mm screw that could've gotten lost. Keep your screws properly sorted.
