My Problem
My phone wouldn't charge, and every licensed repair place said they wouldn't touch it because of water damage. They wanted 300 bucks to replace the phone but I was able to do it for 60.
My Fix
The instructions were very good. The process was quite involved but everything was doable. The part fixed the issue I was having and everything seems to be in working order.
My Advice
At first I didn't understand what all the little boxes were for in the ifixit repair kit but after going through the repair I can see how important it is to keep track of all of the tiny screws. Very nice feature.
