My Problem
It is my wife's phone, and it would no longer hold a charge. She would charge it every night and it would be dead by the next evening.
My Fix
Piece of cake. I have many small tools for working on electronics, but nothing that would fit the screws for working on the iPhone. Your tool kit has all the right tools. The instructions were clear and the battery was replaced without hassle.
My Advice
Instructions were easy to read and follow. But you might call the case ground contact just that. You go on about the "pressure point" which might confuse some people.
