My Problem
My friend had ruined his screen but didn't have his contacts backed up to the cloud. Over 800 contacts compiled over several years would have been lost had we not been able to get a new screen to get the phone up and running. Installed a new screen and uploaded all of his contacts!
My Fix
It went great. I really needed the iOpener to get the screen free of the body
My Advice
Be patient. It took several heating sessions and lots of time to get the screen free of the body.
