My Problem
My wife loves her iPhone 5C but the battery was no longer holding a charge. It was either replace the battery or buy a new phone.
My Fix
The repair went as described. There were no surprises...the directions were excellent and the videos helped me by allowing me to see what I should expect before opening up the phone.
My Advice
The screws are tiny...I mean really tiny. I ended up using a magnifying lens I use when doing work on really small items. Having really good light at your work space is critical. Finally, those screws can get away from you easily so take care. I put a white terrycloth down down on my work space so if I did drop a screw it would likely stay put and not bounce off to a parallel universe. One last comment, take the advice and create a space where you can place the screws to keep them organized...you do not want to be putting the long screws in the short hole.
