ipad mini 2 broken panel

My Problem

My 10 year old drop the ipad mini 2 on the floor and screen cracked in the corner, lots of tears !!!

My Fix

Prior to starting repair I looked at few youtube videos and went over ifixit instructions. I used hair dryer on low setting and slowly warmed up the screen. Then I juggled between ifixit instructions and youtube to proceed with disassembling ipad. Most important thing is to relax and take your time in warming the screen, it will come off but you have to be very, very, very patient. Thank you iFixit my 10 year old is smiling again thanks to you guys :o)

My Advice

iOpener is useless, too may unnecessary tools, if possible include glue in the package to apply onto screen when putting it back in place. Your instructions include only disassembling and nothing about assembling, "follow in reverse" statement is not enough to put the thing back together.
