My Problem
My wife's phone had a defective battery. Her phone would shut off anytime the battery life fell below 30 percent, sometimes higher.
My Fix
The repair went really well! I was able to easily follow the directions on the website and the tools were great!
My Advice
Take your time when opening up your phone. There is a small piece of tape that surrounds the entire front panel.
Also, be patient when removing the adhesive from the battery installed in your phone. They are similar to a Command Strip. I used a hair dryer to make it easier to remove. Once you get them started, you just have to pull slowly and they come out. DON'T TRY TO REMOVE THE BATTERY UNTIL BOTH STRIPS ARE OUT!
