My Problem
My iPhone 4S battery wasn't holding a charge.
My Fix
Replacing the battery was easy! Decided to stick with the original screws though. The new ones felt like they weren't threading properly and I didn't want to strip things out.
My Advice
Use original screws not Philips head replacement ones.
