My Problem
The battery had been dead and would not hold a charge. I had to stay plugged in all the time.
My Fix
Super easy...the new battery came quickly, even during the holidays. I'm "hardware" challenged, so I was a little skeptical, but I popped it in, charged it up and was off and running.
My Advice
Be brave...take the plunge, you can fix some problems even if you've never done it before!
