My Problem
The display screen was cracked from a drop on pavement. The phone was in excellent condition otherwise and operated fine.
My Fix
The repair went well with IFIXIT's display assembly and tool package. The video and pictures with descriptions are great. The tiny connectors are tough to tell if you've got them positioned correctly before pressing them into place.
My Advice
The display screen was extremely difficult to remove with the suction cup. The blue tool that comes with the display kit that IFIXIT recommends you use to help pry this off was of no help for me. What I did use is a plastic razor blade. They are great for other uses around the house for things you don't want scratched also.
