My Problem
My wife's iPhone 6 has had terrible Bluetooth and wifi connectivity recently, loosing bluetooth as soon as it gets a few inches away from the speaker or headphones and struggling to connect to networks that my iPhone connects to fine. I decided to try this repair on the understanding that if it failed i would be buying a new iPhone 7...
My Fix
It's a long and complex procedure and pretty nerve wracking. I found the iFixit repair kit really useful as all the compartments made it easier to keep separate the many tiny screws from each step. I had a bit of a hiccup when first putting everything back together as part of the screen was unresponsive to touch and had white lines down it. Reattaching the digitizer and screen cables fixed this though and now the bluetooth speaker works from the next room!
My Advice
Take it really slow, keep track of all the screws and if things don't seem to be working at first don't panic, check all the connections and try again.
