How my iPhone went from a charger queen, to a cactus for electrons

My Problem

My battery was registering 75-80% of original capacity using the Mac OS X app, 'Coconut Battery' but it was regularly dying with 40% remaining

My Fix

Had trouble with the adhesive backing on the old battery but nothing a hair dryer couldn't fix.

My Advice

It wasn't totally clear (to me at least) in the manual that the black tabs you peel back are connected to the adhesive stickies on the back of the battery
