My Advice
At first I thought the battery from iFixit was not working. The phone stayed at the Apple logo upon first boot after replacing the battery. But it turns out that the replacement battery doesn't have enough charge to start the phone. You need to plug the charger in and wait for it to have a decent charge to start your phone.
