My Problem
My battery was draining quickly and it lasted barely half a day.
My Fix
The repair was pretty straight forward except for a couple of tight screws holding the plate covering the screen cables. The screw driver included with the kit was almost too big for a few of them. I really had to put pressure down on them, and it felt like I was going to strip them.
My Advice
You don't need to heat the back of the phone for very long to help release the strips holding down the battery. I used the hot air coming from the vent on my laptop for about a minute and both strips came out smoothly in one long pull each.
Couple of the screws were really tight, if you bought the kit, you may need to use a smaller screwdriver.
