My Problem
Battery life had significantly shortened over time.
My Fix
The repair went smoothly with the help of the repair guide and video. The only trouble I really had was removing the old battery. The adhesive strips tore during the removal process, so I had to pry the battery out. It shouldn't be an issue if you have the same problem, just be sure not to pry against any of the hardware in the phone.
My Advice
There are some ways the written instructions are better than the video, and vice versa. Use both and take your time. It took me 45 minutes with no experience, I imagine it would take me about half that to do it again.
