My Problem
Absolutely no battery life... I was charging the phone constantly, at least 3x's per day.
My Fix
Not badly, although not quite as simple as I was led to believe. I'm a bit spastic (good I'm not a surgeon), so dealing with the small screws required all the steadiness I could muster.
My Advice
What perplexed me was the grounding piece that came out. Make sure before you unscrew the battery plate from the phone, you take a look at that grounding part so you know the specific position it's in when you have to put it back in after installing the new battery. I didn't do this and had to waste time searching for images of the positioning of that piece. I couldn't find any images that were very clear and ultimately took a shot just fitting it in as best I could. Once the screws went back in flush, I figured I must've done it right. Fortunately, the phone powered up fine.
