The screen was completely shattered

My Fix

Takes quite a while to repair a 5s iPhone but the screen swipe and all buttons worked. It is very hard to remove the screen even with the tools. That is what consumed most of the time. Also, the touch button (Siri) is now hard to engage because I lost the gummy substance that gave the button some play.

My Advice

Give yourself a lot of time and have no distractions.
