My Problem
I would turn it on and my PS3 would go from green to yellow then a blinking red.
My Fix
I took my time and followed the video step by step.
My Advice
The most important thing is to keep track of your screws and where they go to, it is easy to lose track of the location of the screws.

Ok. YLOD has returned since I did the repair. I don't know why! I'm going to attempt in repairing it again. I guess it is only a temporary fix. I purchased more thermal paste and will do the steps again hoping it will work and maintain. I think it lasted only 2 to 3 weeks. I have seen that for others it lasted months. If this works again and goes again then I will have no choice but to send it in. I don't want to purchase another because this one is compatible with ps2 games.
