My Problem
My wive's iPhone 5S phone had a damaged screen.
My Fix
The replacement went fine. The front facing cable connection was difficult to get into place, but eventually it popped in.
My Advice
Careful with the screws around the guard for the home button. These can easily be stripped if using the tools provided in the kit. Fortunately I had additional screwdrivers from other repairs and these were able to be used to get the screws out.
