My Problem
The screen was cracked and customer was complaining about the touch screen being unresponsive
My Fix
Took an hour... should have been less.
My Advice
Due to the nature of the "accident", the metal bumper was damaged when the phone hit the ground. which made installation of the new screen more difficult. The tolerance of the replacment screen from ifixit was a perfect fit... if the phone hadn't been damaged. So I needed to modify the components to fit. Easy install and the instructions were spot on!!!
