My Problem
My original battery was starting to lose its charge fairly quickly and as the charge dropped to around 20%, it would sometimes shut down with little notice. A battery health app showed its capacity from 83% to 60%, depending on the charge level and use on a given day.
My Fix
It was good...like others have said the screws were small but the included tools were slightly magnetized so that helped. Also, reinstalling the screen connectors took a bit as I wanted to make sure I heard them "click" into place. The worst part was the battery removal due to the three glue strips holding the original, which had become a bit brittle in the two years I owned the phone.
My Advice
If you have *any* issues removing the glue strips as per the instructions, get a hairdryer and heat the back of the phone for about 3-4 minutes...the battery will then be much easier to remove. I tried prying it out before using the hairdryer and it was not going to let loose.
