My Problem
Battery would not hold charge for more than a few hours.
My Fix
Changed battery with ifixit battery replacement kit
My Advice
Use a piece of white paper underneath your work to make it easier to see screws when you take them out. Use spugger on right side of old battery and pry old battery out of iPhone, it will take a little force but the stickem will release and old battery will come out. Plug in new replacement. Went well for me. Good luck, you can do it.
