My Problem
My iPhone 5 sleep button did not work anymore. It triggered false clicks witch is very annoying if you try to call someone or get anything done on the phone.
My Fix
It went well. It was a little daunting the first 15 minutes. I thought: "I might regret this at the end." But once disassembled, the installation of the cable went supper smooth and I got back through the assembly process without any problems.
My Advice
I made a "parts" board by attaching the screws onto some tape and taping it to a paper with numbers. In the future I think I get me some magnet board....
I invested in the Pro Tech Toolkit which I'm really happy to have available for this repair.
