My Problem

Battery would not stay charged.

My Fix

Getting the case open was the hardest part. I wish the tools had two ends. They wore out quickly. After the case was open the repair went pretty fast. I have a lot of soldering experience and that helped. Reassembly was easy.

My Advice

I did not remove the logic board to unsolder the old leads from the holes and insert the new leads in the holes. Rather I just left the board in, unsoldered the old battery leads and tacked the new ones on using the existing solder. Worked fine!
