My Problem
Original battery would barely hold a charge.
My Fix
Simple and straight forward replacement using the tools in the Fix Kit. The only fiddly bit was getting the grounding clip back in the right place; a pair of tweezers helped with that. The flat cable joining the battery to the connector seemed slightly misfolded, but everything fitted back into place without any problem anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.

My Advice
If I had known it was that cheap, quick and easy to change the battery in a 4s I would have done it ages ago!
