My Fix

The repair never happened because I never received the item I ordered and was forced to order it again. When I asked if a replacement can be sent via mail, I was advised to file a police report online which is not possible in NY. The FAQ says someone will get back to you the same day but I sent 2 emails regarding my order and no one has gotten back to me.

My Advice

No everyone is out there to get free parts
