iPhone 5s dying so quick

My Problem

The battery on my iPhone was dying, it was working for no more than 4 hours in stand by

My Fix

A little bit difficult for me but at the end I did it almost perfect, some issues with the display

My Advice

Be carefull removing the glue from the battery and also putting again the screen, could be the easiest part but no for me
