Works for Early 2015 rMBP
My Problem
I dropped the laptop onto the back of its panel from about two feet and it landed on the bottom right hand corner and it destroyed the right hand side of the screen.
My Fix
The repair took about an hour or so. Make sure to touch metal to de-static yourself. It was super easy to do other than the hinges on the display which were a pain to bend to a 90 degree angle which is the only complaint I have. I used tweezers to move them but it took a while and I had to be careful not to damage the panel itself. And some sticker on the hinge which I didn't remove but probably should have. The panel I got was an A020 and looks beautiful (I changed the color profile though to my liking) with no image retention issues.
My Advice
This works for a Early 2015 rMBP. Remember to de-static yourself by touching a metal periodically while working. Remember to completely disconnect the battery pin from the motherboard when working. Work in a clean environment and organize your screws when you put them down.
