My Problem
So... I dropped my s5 on its face and it broke the LCD. Not the digitizer! And so I had a working phone with no display.
My Fix
The repair went just as smooth as the guide made it look. It only took me about 30 minutes or so to complete it.
My Advice
The OEM LCD has some glue under it that should be expected. But if you follow the guides directions and use the suggested tools you won't have any issues.
