I have my macbook pro again

My Problem

The hard drive was failing and I realized that the hard drive cable was probably bad.

My Fix

The repair went well. I was a bit disappointed in the state of the hard drive cable. It was dented but I followed the directions on the site. and replaced it. I knew that everything worked fine because the SSD drive booted up immediately.

My Advice

Make sure that you follow the directions on the fixit guide. I suggest that the fixit guides have pictures of putting the item back together instead of stating follow the directions in reverse order.
