My Fix

didn't take long. The pictures didn't show the battery connector actually disconnected, so I got it mixed up with the little shielded connector up and to the left.

There was also a little part not in the picture, on the same place as the top left screw, a grounding tab to the back case.

My Advice

The battery connector is the big one, not the little one on the top left that it looks like they are prying off in the picture with the plastic tool.
